Employee Community involvement
We encourage our employees to support local community groups and fundraising events we sponsor which contribute to the fabric of our local Toowoomba community.
Since our opening in 2013, we have supported many community organisations including LifeFlight Foundation, Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, Black Dog Institute, Protea Place and Children’s Hospital Foundation, just to name a few.
Events and organisations to which we sponsor also present opportunities for artistic expression of our team members having opportunities to design and manufacture creations in accordance with the event specifications and theme.

Our successful team of jewellery creatives and retail associates are highly skilled and trained with regular training and development from some of Australia’s leading training institutions and award-winning mentors.
As Director of Education for the Jewellery Industry Network, Ewen Ryley is widely connected within the jewellery industry, allowing Ryley Jewellery Creations to have access to the most state of the art and prestigious jewellery manufacturing training organisations within Australia and across the globe.

We are currently looking for an outstanding Diamond & Gemstone Setter! People will describe you as having a passion for all things jewellery. You have high attention to detail and can decipher information, using second and third order thinking to look towards the big picture. You can plan your schedule well with excellent time management skills and are able to determine which tasks to prioritise and to allow time to solve potential problems. Part of your nature is that you have a high desire to create strong relationships with those around you. What makes you successful is your ambition for efficiency and operational excellence.
