Why Priority Service?
When you commission a Ryley piece, you're not simply purchasing jewellery—you're investing in artistry, craftsmanship, and a creation that honors your unique story.
Priority Service reserves dedicated time in our studio, ensuring your piece receives the same meticulous attention and refined execution that defines every work we create.
Priority Service Fee:
Until December 3: +15%
December 4-10: +25%
Applied to your custom design investment, this fee ensures dedicated studio time and completion for your important date.
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date
Priority Service fees apply to all custom design commissions commencing from November 29, 2025.
Priority Service Availability
Priority Service is subject to studio capacity and design complexity. Availability is confirmed during your initial consultation based on your specific requirements and desired completion date. Requests received after December 10, 2025 are accepted at the discretion of Ryley Jewellery Creations based on project scope and studio availability.
Fee Structure
Priority Service fees are calculated as a percentage of your total custom design investment and are applied at the time of commission. Fees are non-refundable once studio time has been reserved for your piece.
Timeline Commitment
While Priority Service reserves dedicated studio time for your creation, completion dates are confirmed during consultation and depend on design complexity, materials sourcing, and technical requirements. We commit to transparent communication throughout the creation process.
Design Scope
Highly complex designs or those requiring specialised materials may require extended timelines. We will discuss feasibility and realistic completion dates during your consultation to ensure we can deliver the quality you expect.
Studio Closure
Our studio closes December 23, 2025 for the Christmas. All Priority Service commissions must be confirmed and deposits received with sufficient time for completion before this date.
Consultation Requirement
All Priority Service commissions require an initial consultation (in-person or virtual) to assess project scope, timeline feasibility, and design requirements before confirmation.
Changes & Revisions
Design revisions during the creation process may impact completion timelines. We will communicate any timeline adjustments immediately and work with you to find the best solution.
